Our Process
Step 1.
Surfing Systems will provide an estimate for your project based from the information gathered at the initial consultation. You will pay no more than the estimated cost, unless you change the specifications of the project. If the project changes or expands, additional work will be billed on an hourly basis.

We will email you an itemized proposal for you to revise. Upon acceptance of the proposal, first-time customers will be asked to pay 50% of the total project cost up front. At this phase in the process all web site content is due in addition to the site map or navigation structure.

Step 2.
Surfing Systems will start the initial design process. Our goal is to come up with something you are happy with both visually and structurally. If any alterations are necessary at this point, we will ask that they are provided up front to avoid additional charges in the design process.

We will provide the client with a homepage design in either JPG or as a HTML / Flash mockup. We will work with your comments based from the initial design to adjust the final homepage design. If an agreement can not be made from the initial mockup(s), our hourly rate will be applied to additional design work.

Step 3.
Surfing Systems will begin to create the content pages. This process will start to build out the functionality of the site and add pages into the site's navigation.

Step 4.
Once the web site development is complete and looks consistent with the design, the site will be tested to assure conformity with the specifications of the contract.

Additional Support & Satisfaction Guarantee
Surfing Systems offers a free redesign to any client not completely satisfied with the web site within 7 business days from the initial launch date. A redesign is defined by a one-time document listing all changes to be made. If additional work is required, our hourly web development rate will be applied to the final invoice.

Monthly Update Plan
Surfing Systems offers Up to 2 hours of updates per month (text and simple images).
Regular maintenance of site to ensure maximum up time.

Payment Methods
Accepted forms of payments are VISA, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, personal/company check or money order . Surfing Systems will provide an online, secure order form for your convenience. A payment in full is expected no later than 20 business days upon project completion.
